Circle, in its quest to help startups raise money by issuing digital tokens, has acquired SeedInvest which helps private companies raise money from individuals on the internet. SeedInvest is a regulated crowdfunding platform that is compliant with Reg D, Reg A, and Reg Crowdfunding.
